1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or submitting a registration, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Separate, optional consent is required before we send recurring promotional SMS or MMS messages.

2. Conference registration

Leadership & Impact Conference 2026 is scheduled for October 23–25, 2026 in Houston, Texas, with onsite and online participation options. Admission is free, but registration is required. Please provide accurate information and do not register another person without authority to do so.

Conference schedules, ministers, delivery format, venue arrangements and online-access details may change when reasonably necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes through the website or the contact information provided.

3. Conference passes and QR codes

Your registration code, pass link and QR code are personal event credentials. Keep them private and do not alter, duplicate for unauthorized use, sell or transfer them. Group registrants are responsible for sharing each individual pass only with the corresponding guest. We may withdraw or replace a pass to protect attendees or correct registration records.

4. LIC 2026 Conference Updates SMS programme

Programme name: LIC 2026 Conference Updates.

By actively checking the communications-consent box and submitting the form, you authorize CGMI Joy & Harvest Centre to send recurring automated informational and promotional SMS or MMS messages to the mobile number provided. Messages may include registration and event information, prayer and devotional content, countdowns, reminders, conference materials to share, and voluntary giving opportunities.

• Frequency: Message frequency varies; during the preparation campaign, typically up to one message per day, plus limited operational messages around the conference.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: Reply HELP for help or email conference@joyandharvest.com.
• Voluntary consent: Consent is not a condition of registration, attendance, donation or any purchase.

You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number. Notify us if the number changes. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery and availability depend on your carrier and device.

5. Email communications

We may send essential emails necessary to complete registration, deliver your conference pass, respond to you and provide material event-service information. If you opt in to conference updates, we may also send recurring prayer, countdown, invitation, giving and follow-up emails. Non-essential emails will include an unsubscribe method where required.

6. Appropriate use

You may not use the website to submit false information, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s pass or personal information, introduce malicious code, or engage in unlawful or harmful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the conference, its participants or the service.

7. Content and intellectual property

Conference branding, website content, devotionals, graphics, photographs and materials are owned by or used with permission of CGMI Joy & Harvest Centre and their respective owners. You may share official conference publicity materials for personal, church and event-promotion purposes without altering their meaning or falsely implying endorsement. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission.

8. External services and links

The website may link to maps, email, messaging, giving or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services. A link does not make us responsible for third-party content or availability.

9. Disclaimers and limitation

The website and event information are provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep information accurate and services reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free delivery. To the extent permitted by law, CGMI Joy & Harvest Centre and the conference team will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or messaging programme.

10. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update them when the conference, services or applicable requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
