For conference operations, we may also create a registration code, conference-pass token and QR code, and record check-in dates, welcome-package collection, email delivery status, and related administrative corrections. Basic technical information may be collected automatically when you use the website, such as browser, device, request and security-log information.
3. How we use information
- Register you and provide your confirmation, conference pass and QR code.
- Operate check-in, attendance, group passes, welcome packages and event safety.
- Coordinate volunteers and respond to questions or requests.
- Send essential registration and event-service messages.
- If you expressly opt in, send recurring email, SMS or MMS conference updates, including prayer and devotional messages, countdowns, event information, invitations to share conference materials, and voluntary giving reminders.
- Protect the website, prevent misuse, maintain records, and comply with applicable obligations.
4. Email and text-message choices
Conference registration does not require consent to recurring promotional SMS or MMS messages. If you opt in, message frequency varies and may be up to one message per day during the preparation campaign, plus limited operational messages around the conference. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at conference@joyandharvest.com. You may unsubscribe from non-essential email through the unsubscribe option provided in the message. Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent essential responses or registration-service messages that you request.
5. Mobile information and consent data
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except aggregators and service providers that help us deliver and support the messaging programme. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for us and are expected to protect it.
6. Other service providers and disclosures
We may use carefully selected providers for website hosting, databases, email delivery, SMS/MMS delivery, security, and event administration. We provide them only the information reasonably needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the conference, or in connection with an organizational transition where appropriate safeguards apply.
7. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to run the conference, complete follow-up, keep required records, resolve disputes and meet legal or operational needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you provided, subject to legitimate recordkeeping requirements. You may also withdraw communication consent at any time. Send requests to conference@joyandharvest.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. Children
The website and messaging programme are not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should complete any registration involving a child and provide the adult’s contact information.
